Important: We Host No Content

proper.porn is a search and aggregation service. We do not host, store, upload, or control any video content. All videos are hosted and served by independent third-party websites. Because the material resides on those third-party sites, the most direct and effective way to have content removed is to contact the source site that actually hosts it. We will nonetheless act on valid notices concerning links or thumbnails that appear within our index, as described below.

1. US DMCA Notice (17 U.S.C. § 512)

If you are a copyright owner or authorised agent and believe that material accessible through our Service infringes your copyright, you may send a written notification to our designated contact. To be effective, your notice must include:

1. a physical or electronic signature of the person authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner;
2. identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
3. identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to locate it (e.g. the specific URL on our Service);
4. your contact information (name, address, telephone number, and email);
5. a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
6. a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorised to act on behalf of the owner.

2. EU Digital Services Act — Notice-and-Action (Art. 16 DSA)

As a service established in the European Union, we also provide a mechanism to notify us of content you consider to be illegal. A valid notice should include:

• a sufficiently substantiated explanation of why the content is alleged to be illegal;
• a clear indication of the exact electronic location of the content (e.g. the URL on our Service);
• your name and email address (except for content alleged to involve certain offences against minors, where anonymity is permitted);
• a statement of your good-faith belief that the information in the notice is accurate and complete.

We will handle notices in a timely, diligent, non-arbitrary, and objective manner, and will inform you of our decision and of available redress options where required.

3. Reporting Child Sexual Abuse Material or Non-Consensual Content

We have zero tolerance for content depicting minors or any non-consensual material. If you become aware of any such link within our index, report it immediatelyto abuse@proper.porn, and we will act on it as a matter of priority. Such material should also be reported to the competent law-enforcement authorities and hotlines.

5. Counter-Notice

If a link you submitted was removed and you believe this was in error, you may submit a counter-notice containing your contact details, identification of the material and its former location, and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.

6. Repeat Infringers and Abuse of this Process

We may remove links associated with repeated valid infringement notices. Submitting knowingly false notices may expose you to liability. We process personal data contained in notices in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
