proper.porn does not produce, create, host, upload, or store any of the visual content accessible through the Service. The Service is a search and aggregation portal that indexes and links to adult content hosted by independent third-party websites. All video content is stored on and served from those third-party sites, and any images displayed within our index are thumbnails originating from those same third-party sources.

Not a “Producer”

With respect to all content accessible through the Service, the Operator acts solely as a provider of a search, referral, and linking service. The Operator is not a “producer” — whether primary or secondary — of any of the depictions referenced or linked, as that term is defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2257, § 2257A, and 28 C.F.R. Part 75. The Operator does not create, edit, or produce the content and plays no role in its production.

Third-Party Record-Keeping

Because the Operator does not host or produce the content, records required under 18 U.S.C. § 2257 for any depiction are maintained by the producers and/or the third-party websites that host that content. Requests for § 2257 records relating to a specific video must therefore be directed to the website that hosts and serves that video, where the applicable custodian of records information is published.

Age Representation

The Operator does not knowingly index or link to any content that depicts a person who was a minor at the time of production. All performers appearing in content served by the third-party source sites are represented by those sites to have been at least 18 years of ageat the time the content was produced. Any content believed to depict a minor must be reported immediately via our Copyright & Notice-and-Action procedure and to the source site and competent authorities; the Operator will act on such reports as a matter of priority.
